Executive
Abstract:
Mr. Dayal Mansukhani, is a representative of an
International Trust seeking to invest in Australia and other countries. He is
in-charge of its operations in Australia. Loungetec (an IT company- dealing in
Internet Kiosks) is the First project of the Trust in Australia, and now intends
to increase it’s operations to a Law Firm at a global scale.
The Law firm would initiate it’s operations from Gold
Coast, and similar projects would be given shape in the other metropolitan
cities in Australia in a very small span of time. Offices in Sydney, Melbourne,
Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane and ACT are expected to be established and start
functioning in a span of twelve months (Dec 2004) The Basic Idea Behind the Law
Firm is to pool in administrative and operational resources of Individual
solicitors, and to provide state of the art infrastructure to each of its
associate lawyers in their field of expertise. This will include library and
Secretarial services.
This firm will be managed by a project manager, who will
establish and run the operations of the legal offices.
Economics:
The initial financing of the legal chambers and its establishment costs will come from the overseas Trust. Mr Dayal Mansukhani will be in-charge of the initial establishment. The plan is to take a big place (Freehold / Long Lease) and establish a posh office with state of the art Technology. The firm will fundamentally differ from it’s counterparts in the incentives it provides to it’s partners and associates. The solicitors will take home a major share of their Fee / Income and a nominal amount (25 %) will be taken by the firm to meet it’s costs.

In the first round of hiring personnel we are seeking
partners Our Proposed practice areas are: Criminal, Corporate, Commercial,
Property Conveyance, Immigration, Intellectual Property and IT. The firm seeks
to procure clientele from the Asia-Pacific region to begin with. The firm will
provide legal services to clients irrespective of their financial status and
endeavor to build up its reputation as a multi-practice global law firm,
charging reasonable fees.

The law firm,
new project of an overseas investor Mr. Dayal Mansukhani, is based on simple
ethics of providing justice to one and all.
The firm will
provide free support to those who cannot pay the legal cost. The legal cost will
be sought from the opposite party.
Each firm
will have minimum 20 personnel. The firm is guaranteed to work on retainer basis
and will employ about 15 lawyers and 5 barristers who will earn reputation and
fame by dealing in right cases, which is sure to win the justice of the court in
favor of them.
The members
will get legal advice and documents for free for 1 year. Case going to court the
charges of lawyer will be $50 per hr and $100 per hr for barristers.
The firm will
have 2000 to 2500 membership per year and will accept membership as per
following terms:
Single: $250
per year
Family: $500
per year
Commercial:
$1000 per year
At this rate
each lawyer can earn $104000 per year and barrister can earn $208000 per annum.
The
membership will be distributed as paper and TV advertisements.
Each lawyer
can bring in their independent cases provided they pay 25% of the fees he
receives towards administration cost.
Legal advice
will be provided free for first one hour.
Lawyers or
barristers working for 3 years continuously will be made shareholder of the
company.

different in weather which makes it a place of tourist attraction.

documents and paid front to help me in this.

my name.

This
property had 4 tenants and freehold land. Before developing my business I
offered my tenants the part of the land. They weren’t interested and my
investors and I developed a plan on august, 2002. It takes about 1-2 years time
to implement the plan. I became the landlord in this country and Australian
citizen became my tenants. I signed two leases to run the kiosk business.

My
first lease signed on 1st September, 2002 of 115 Scarborough Street ,
Southport. Legal lease was registered with a option of 2 3-years. Every month I
paid bond from time to time and transferred rent from bank to bank. Till 31st
may, 2004 my rent was paid in excess.
2nd
lease was signed to open new showroom at surfers paradise and signed agreement
with reputed real estate L.J.Hooker director, Michael Parisi on 4th
December, 2002 and 1 month advance deposited.
First
of all I engaged kiosk manufacturers and prepared more than 100 kiosks and paid
them in advance. To set them up I engaged Australian citizens on contract basis
and paid bank to bank.
I
paid more than $200,000 to them as salary and transferred via bank. Paid to each
contractor individually like ADSL supplier Goldlink, James Small and M Group. I
paid for the connection of ADSL as well and invested more than $400,000 for
setting up my business.
